Updates on Three Targeted Spay/Neuter Programs
Pet Friendly Services has teamed up with Alley Cat Advocates (a spay-neuter clinic) to fix as many cats as possible at just $40 per cat. Cat owners and caretakers pay just $20, with Pet Friendly Services covering the other $20. So far, we’ve fixed 105 cats, with more on the surgery schedule! We need your financial support to spay/neuter 50 cats per month. Can you spare $20 to help a cat in need?
Catching up with The FIX is IN!
So far this year The FIX is IN! has already hosted 73 clinics and fixed 6,569 cats!
Thanks to supporters like you, Pet Friendly Services provides financial assistance at each clinic to ensure low-cost spay/neuter is accessible to those who need it most.
Public Vet is currently scheduling clinics across Indiana! Pet owners should book appointments right away, as spots are limited. Surgeries are by appointment only. Sign up at www.pub.vet.
Pit Mix Fix Expands Footprint to More Counties
Did you know that Pit Mixes and large dogs are most at risk for euthanasia in shelters?
To help these lovable dogs, Pet Friendly Services has launched the “Pit Mix Fix” to help income-qualified owners fix their dogs for just $10. Thanks to special funding from generous donors, we are now able to expand this program to Jackson, Lawrence, Wayne, Starke, Henry, Hancock, Bartholomew, Boone, Hendricks and Dubois counties!
We will continue to provide these certificates as funding allows. Want to help a large dog today? Designate a donation for the Pit Mix Fix!
Speaking of adoption... If you love big dogs (or cats, or puppies, or kittens), the best thing you can do for them is ADOPT! Pets of all shapes and sizes are available in shelters and rescues. If you have questions about adopting, visit www.AdoptINpets.org for answers and a list of rescues near you!
Completely Rational Cat Lady
The next time you go above and beyond all reason to make sure your feline friend is living their best life, don’t worry – it’s all completely rational! Get the shirt that justifies that giant cat castle you bought, only to have your cats play exclusively with the box it came in.

Don't Drive Without One!
For many shelters, spay/neuter surgeries are not built into their budgets. This means that they depend on individual donations and the support of Pet Friendly Services of Indiana. When you purchase a Pet Friendly license plate, you are supporting the work of 300 shelters and rescues across the state and giving an animal the best chance at a new beginning.
Already have a Pet Friendly plate, but you’d like to do more to help Indiana’s animals? Become a sustaining donor. Just $5 per month pays for a full surgery over the course of a year. We’re all in this together, and your financial gift really does help us help them.
Have a plate AND donate already? Help us spread the word! The more people who know about the lifesaving work supported by the Pet Friendly Plate, the more lives we can save!
