INDIANAPOLIS – Pet Friendly Services of Indiana is thrilled to announce the addition of Janet Showley as its new Programs and Outreach Manager. Janet brings over a decade of experience in animal welfare, making her an invaluable asset to the organization’s mission to prevent pet overpopulation.
Janet’s career highlights include six years at FACE Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic and eight years as Executive Director of the Fulton County Animal Center. During her time as Executive Director, she increased shelter revenue by 112%, launched a successful low-cost vaccination clinic, and, in 2024, opened a feline spay/neuter clinic that served 285 cats in its first six months.
In her new role at Pet Friendly Services of Indiana, Janet will work closely with shelters and rescue groups to help find and implement successful solutions that save lives and prevent suffering. She will also continue overseeing the vaccine clinic and surgery programs at Fulton County Animal Center.
