We’re putting the spotlight on adoptable animals with our newly launched Pet Adoption Calendar! The statewide calendar includes adoption events and special adoption pricing, with the goal of connecting more people with adoptable pets.

Indiana-based animal rescues and shelters in the Pet Friendly Services’ network are welcome to submit their events to the calendar.
Updates: Our Supporters Save Lives!
Fix a Feline Friday: Last Friday, when we reached out for help with abandoned cats in Crawfordsville, our donors answered the call! Thanks to your support, we were able to provide Cats Limited with an additional XXX spay/neuter vouchers. This will allow them to use their finite resources for critical medical needs, without having to worry about the cost of spay/neuter!
If we raise an additional XXX, we will be able to fix the remaining XXX kittens.
Ongoing Effort: Pit Mix Fix The Pit Mix Fix continues to provide spay/neuter vouchers for large dogs and pit mixes for just $10 (income qualification required). Large dogs are the most over-represented in shelters and are at the highest risk for euthanasia. Further, they are the hardest to find adopters for. Our only way to save them is to stop overpopulation at the source: unintended litters.
Currently, we can fund 10 surgeries per week. We will provide additional vouchers as our funding allows. Your support can help us fix more dogs!
Pet Friendly Services will be at Indy Vegfest on Sunday, July 14! You’ll find delicious food from local and regional food vendors along with live performances and presentations. General admission is FREE!
The FIX is IN! is Making a Difference!
The Fix is IN! is a key partnership between Pet Friendly Services of Indiana and Public Vet. Pet Friendly Services funds every clinic, enabling Public Vet to provide discounts and assistance tailored to individual needs. This collaboration is transforming lives, with thousands of cats being spayed and neutered annually! Together, we’ve already fixed 5,705 cats in 2024 —and we’re on track for a record-setting year!
With the vet shortage, keeping Public Vet busy in Indiana is critical to expanding surgery capacity. You can help by encouraging people to use these clinics and by helping to spread the word! Public Vet is currently scheduling clinic dates for the second quarter of 2024. You can see their current schedule here.
