Welcome to Spay Neuter Indiana, a program of Pet Friendly Services of Indiana. If you’re looking for low-cost spay/neuter options, you’ve come to the right place. Attached is our list of participating vets.
Here’s what you need to know:
Programs Available to All Pet Owners and Caretakers, Regardless of Income
1. The low-cost clinics on our vet list are listed in green and can be used by anyone, regardless of income. In addition, many of these clinics offer transport programs to neighboring counties – and beyond. Look for a “T” in the fourth column and go to the clinic’s website to learn more.
2. Public Vet is a mobile clinic that serves cats. Visit their website to see where they will be and to schedule your pet’s appointment.
Programs for Limited-Income Pet Owners
1. You can apply for a $25 spay/neuter certificate through our SNAP program. Check the vet list to determine which clinics accept SNAP certificates. Participating SNAP vets are listed in the first column.
If you do not have a vet in your area, check the low-cost clinics’ websites to determine if they offer transport programs in your area. These clinics are listed in green. You can also check Public Vet’s website to see if they will be in your area. Note that Public Vet serves cats only.

Saving Lives & Preventing Suffering
Our mission is to eliminate the euthanasia of healthy and treatable cats and dogs, bringing every shelter in Indiana to zero-kill. We are so grateful to our donors and supporters who help make that possible. Help us, help them, and join the movement to make a difference for Indiana’s cats and dogs!
