Let's Save More Lives in 2026!
Because of you, in 2025 we helped thousands of dogs and cats get lifesaving spay/neuter surgeries- preventing suffering before it starts and strengthening communities across the state. Every surgery meant fewer unwanted litters, less strain on shelters, and a better future for pets and the people who love them.
As we look ahead to 2026, our mission remains clear: stop pet overpopulation at the source through spay/neuter. The need has never been greater, but neither has the opportunity to make a lasting difference. This new year is a chance to turn compassion into action and ensure even more animals get the healthy start they deserve.

Fixed Pet Feature: Harper
“Harper was found abandoned at just 6 weeks old, with her two brothers. I took in all three of the kittens and fostered them for several weeks. I decided to keep Harper, even though I already had three cats. Thank you, Pet Friendly Services! You helped us get this essential spay procedure that our baby girl needed!” – Pet Owner Receiving Assistance
When you support Pet Friendly Services, you’re helping families say yes to doing the right thing for the animals they love by making spay and neuter care affordable and accessible. Recap: Veterinary Training for Spay/Neuter
On November 16th, 2025 Pet Friendly Services of Indiana partnered with 4 Precious Paws Spay/Neuter clinic in Lafayette to host our third High Quality, High Volume Spay/Neuter (HQHVSN) training program for licensed veterinarians.
Through the United Spay Alliance’s proven training model, participating veterinarian trainees gain confidence, efficiency, and surgical excellence—skills essential for high-volume spay/neuter work. Just as importantly, these experiences inspire veterinarians to enter and remain in the spay/neuter field, expanding spay/neuter capacity! This hands-on training brought together three experienced teaching veterinarians and five trainees all working side-by-side to learn best practices for efficient and safe techniques for their patients. Vets noted, that smaller incision sizes not only save time, they result in speedy recovery time.
The icing on top of the cake is that, in just one day, 50 cats from local animal shelters were spayed or neutered!
In Memory: Suzanne West
Pet Friendly Services lost a dear friend with the passing of Suzanne West. Suzanne volunteered with Pet Friendly Services for many years, helping with various projects and answering our voice mail line. Suzanne always shared her bright spirit, laughter and kindness with others – whether 2-legged or 4-legged. She was a joy to know and work with, and we are grateful to have had her in our lives.
