Partnering with Pet Friendly Services is about community impact, clinic sustainability, and professional alignment.
How It Works
Pet Friendly Services of Indiana runs three year-round programs. You are welcome to sign up for any or all of them, and you can perform as few or as many surgeries as you’d like.
Simply send us the signed contract, indicating which programs you’d like to participate in. Please be sure to include the completed W-9 Form. Once we receive this information, we will add you to our published list, and clients will begin to contact you. If you wish to only provide surgeries to a local shelter or rescue group, let us know, and we will add you to our private/unpublished list.
You can make changes to or end your contract at any time. Simply email us.
Our Vet Reference Guide explains the programs, reimbursement rates, and billing. We also have a handy Vet Contract Reference Sheet for your office staff to refer to when submitting billing.
