Partnering with Pet Friendly Services is about community impact, clinic sustainability, and professional alignment.
How It Works
Pet Friendly Services of Indiana runs three year-round programs. You are welcome to sign up for any or all of them, and you can perform as few or as many surgeries as you’d like. Â
Simply send us the signed contract, indicating which programs you’d like to participate in. Please be sure to include the completed W-9 Form. Once we receive this information, we will add you to our published list, and clients will begin to contact you. If you wish to only provide surgeries to a local shelter or rescue group, let us know, and we will add you to our private/unpublished list.
You can make changes to or end your contract at any time. Simply email us.
Our Vet Reference Guide explains the programs, reimbursement rates, and billing. Â We also have a handy Vet Contract Reference Sheet for your office staff to refer to when submitting billing.
