Indiana veterinarians are invited to participate in a small, highly individualized spay/neuter surgical training designed to build confidence, improve efficiency, and help more animals in their communities.
Limited to just six veterinarians, this full-day wet lab provides extensive hands-on experience and personalized instruction from expert trainers. Every previous training has sold out—and participants have consistently given the experience 5-star reviews.

This training is intended for veterinarians who want to strengthen their surgical skills while expanding access to spay/neuter services in their communities.
For just $150, registration includes:
- 8 CEs
- Full-day, hands-on surgical training

Pets Alive is a nonprofit spay/neuter clinic providing affordable veterinary care to families, community cats, shelters, and rescue partners throughout Indiana. They are looking for a veterinarian who wants to make a measurable difference through high-volume surgery and accessible preventive care.
This is a hands-on position for a veterinarian who enjoys surgery, works well in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of developing the people working alongside them.

Be a Veterinary Mentor
Pet Friendly Services of Indiana is continuing to build our statewide Mentorship Network Directory, connecting veterinary and animal welfare professionals with experienced peers who can offer practical, real-world guidance.
We’re looking for HQHVSN veterinarians, shelter medicine veterinarians, and experienced shelter and rescue leaders who are willing to serve as mentors and share what they’ve learned with others across Indiana.
You choose how you participate. Mentors set their own availability and identify the areas where they’re comfortable offering guidance, from surgical efficiency and clinic workflow to shelter protocols, outbreak management, leadership, and program growth.
You don’t need to have all the answers to be a great mentor. Sometimes the most valuable support is simply sharing what has worked, talking through a challenge, and helping a colleague find their next step.
